I.C Psychologists undertakes 'expert' reports for the court, tribunal or hearing, across a range of presenting issues. We are trained, certificated and experienced as a Single Joint Expert so accepting Joint requests and defendants solicitors.
Like other such experts, our duty is clearly to the court, tribunal or hearing and to the facts of the case. We undertake assessment using a range of properly validated and reliable measures. Current literature and research form our opinons.
I.C.Psychologists is selective in the assignments we undertake, accepting between 30 - 40 per year. Our reports are detailed, comprehensive and fully appendixed, and really do influence.
Members of the public who are interested using our services in this capacity should always discuss this with a solicitor first. The Solicitor will help them make a judgement about the appropriateness of our involvement.
We are always happy to discuss a case with a solicitor to determine whether it falls within his/ her sphere, interest and expertise. If not, he/ she is often in a position to recommend a colleague who might be able to assist.

Our staff will visit anywhere required worldwide and we have our own rooms at your disposal if required.
We will also, with discretion, accept ''Paper Only'' reports, subject to certain pre-agreed criteria.
We will assess and produce reports on ''Capacity'' and ''Fitness'' for anyone from the minimum age of 16 years, with no upper age limit.
We can provide and administer testing procedures, including screening for mental illness, a mini-mental-state examination, and other appropriate tests and procedures..
We are happy to do home visits.
After Appointment and Instruction ,we guarantee to review file information ,assess clients within 28 days, and usually much earlier than that,provided that essential background information and any medical records,are available to us for scrutiny and review.
We undertake to have all assessments, tests,procedures, prognoses and reports Peer Reviewed and submitted to the Appointer within 14 days of the Interview being completed.
Where English is not the first language of the client,we are able to offer all our Interviews, Tests, Procedures, Assessments and /or subsequent Report, translated or conducted through our own Interpreter in the following languages :
Polish, French, Dutch, Flemish, Israeli, Punjabi, Urdu and Farsi.
