TESTING / ASSESSMENT BY OUR EDUCATIONAL PYSCHOLOGIST SERVICE (written report)

We offer : A comprehensive educational assessment and report from a highly experienced , trained and qualified Forensic, Clinical or Consultant Educational Psychologist for parents, L.E.A's, Solicitors, the Court, including:
Preliminary meeting , discussion,gathering background information
Taking of full medical,educational and developmental history
Handwriting assessment under a number of different conditions.
Scotopic Sensitivity screening (coloured overlays)
Literacy assessment,Numeracy restricted tests (only available to psychologists) Reading age calculation, Spelling age calculation, Reading comprehension age calculation.
Full psychometric assessment using Wechsler Test appropriate to age (WPPSI, WISC, WAIS). Calculation of Verbal, Performance and full scale IQ where required. Identification of areas of specific weakness and strength. Identification of specific learning difficulties or general learning difficulties and their implications to potential and progress.
Post assessment analysis with client or the clients parent/guardian.
Formulation of ways forward, strategies, and requisite intervention plan.
Recommendations discussed and explained re: Disabled Student Allowance (DSA) included in final report to facilitate application for this grant, if applicable.
Examination concessions that may be available discussed and included in final report if appropriate.(Findings for the final report are ''peer reviewed'' by another colleague to obtain a ''Second Opinion'').
Full and comprehensive typed report e mailed or posted out within 14 days for initial agreement.
Liaison with L.E.A or any other relevant third party offered to explain or back up report findings offered at all times.
Back up telephone advice,before,during and after report.
How long:You should allow approximately 4 to 5 hours, (which we may divide into two sessions for younger clients) as this is a comprehensive assessment. The child will be involved for approximately three-quarters of this time.We vary the session material to make it fun.

How much:
You come to us: For full educational testing and assessment the fee is from only £395 for all the above, at your choice of base in Essex or at our London rooms, very close to Liverpool Street Station,and includes the full written report.We can usually get the draft report out to you, or whoever you ask us to send it to,( usually within around 14 days ).
For Forensic or Clinical Reports, please contact us for an approximate estimate for our charges.
Our fees are very competitive and our detailed reports are thorough and comprehensivly detailed. We also provide within our report ,pointers and suggestions to help parents ,courts,teachers and welfare services to remediate matters.The quote given is valid if you visit us,
